Does it need internet on the job site?
The core app — quotes, invoices, your saved jobs — works completely offline. The Pro AI tools need a connection (they're doing heavy lifting in the cloud).
Where does my customer data live?
On your device. Period. Estimark doesn't upload your customers, prices, or quotes to anyone — including us. Use the built-in backup anytime to save a copy.
Do I need any AI accounts or technical setup for Pro?
No. That's the point of Pro — the AI runs on Estimark's servers. Buy, paste your key, and the tools just work.
Can I cancel Pro?
Anytime, in two clicks, from the customer portal linked in your receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, and your quotes and invoices keep working forever.
